Brentwood, Tenn. — March 14, 2012

Comdata Corporation announced today that Money Network, LLC has agreed to dismiss its case against Comdata Corporation for infringement of U.S. Patent Number 7,500,600 (“the '600 patent”) with prejudice. The case, filed by Money Network, was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. In dismissing the case, Money Network agreed that Comdata's Comchek draft does not infringe the '600 patent. Comdata paid no money to Money Network for its dismissal of the case. 

Patent Infringement Claims Against Comdata Dismissed

Comdata Corporation announced today that Money Network, LLC has agreed to dismiss its case against Comdata Corporation for infringement of U.S. Patent Number 7,500,600 (“the '600 patent”) with prejudice. The case, filed by Money Network, was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. In dismissing the case, Money Network agreed that Comdata's Comchek draft does not infringe the '600 patent. Comdata paid no money to Money Network for its dismissal of the case.

Comdata has offered the Comchek draft as a convenience to its customers for more than two decades.
