Comdata MAX is a combined fuel card and factoring solution that helps fleets save on fuel and get paid faster, all in one platform.
How is this different from a standard fuel card?
Unlike a standalone fuel card, Comdata MAX integrates factoring, giving you faster access to cash and better control over working capital.
How does factoring work?
Factoring lets you get paid for your delivered loads without waiting 30, 60, or even 90 days for a broker or shipper to pay their invoice.
With Comdata MAX, simply submit your invoices through the platform. Once approved, you receive payment same day or next day — improving your cash flow and keeping your trucks on the road. You decide where to get paid: directly to your Comdata MAX fuel card or straight to your bank account.
Do I have to factor every load?
No. Factoring can be flexible depending on your agreement and business needs.
How can I get paid?
Comdata MAX gives you the flexibility to choose how and when you get paid.

Can I get fuel advances?
Yes. Eligible carriers can receive a fuel advance of up to 40% of the load rate, with a maximum advance of $2,500

Are there any fuel card fees?
With Comdata MAX there is no monthly card fee, no set-up fee, and no truck-stop fees.

What if I already have a factoring provider?

1 Daily discounts per site are shown in the Comdata Fuel Locator in the Mobile App. Eligibility for discount program is conditional on (1) Active enrollment in factoring; (2) Fleet size of less than 21 Trucks (as determined at the time of application); (3) Approval by Truckstop Chains, and (4) paying your invoice in full and on time. Discount levels are subject to change beginning twelve months after account setup.
